Lonnie Harvey, Jr. SPHR
...is President of The
JESCLON Group Inc., which specializes in assessments of the major causes
of employee turnover. With over 25 years of diversified Human Resources
experience, Lonnie has seen the good, the bad and the ugly stuff that happens
in the workplace with businesses large and small. He shares this wisdom
with his audiences, allowing them to take away useful tactics to better
manage their workforce.
Lonnie is a regular columnist, speaker,
and trainer on Human Resource topics. He posesses a BA in Sociology from
St. Bonaventure University and is certified as a Senior Professional in
Human Resources. He has held management positions in both human resources
and manufacturing environments.
Lonnie currently serves on the Boards of
Directors of the Regional Red Cross, Urban Rock Hill Weed & Seed Steering
Committee, York County Boys and Girls Clubs, Metrolina Association for
the Blind, Catawba Council of Governments, Catawba Workforce Investment
Board, and the Provident Community Bank Rock Hill Advisory Board.
